FOR CENTRAL GAUTENG ATHLETICS (CGA) FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

1. Register or Login to the User Dashboard: Login / Register

2. Select the applicable membership fee and add it to the cart.

3. Proceed to checkout

4. Capture Application information.

5. Submit Application

6. Complete + Sign the CGA web form at CGA Online link

FOR ALL OTHER PROVINCES, FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

1. Fill out the ASA Form below

2. Sign and submit the form online.

3. The system will automatically generate ASA PDF document.

4. Proceed to Member Login to login to the User Dashboard if already registered, or click on the Membership Menu

5. Select the applicable membership fee and add it to the cart.

6. Proceed to checkout

7. Capture Application information.

8. Submit and make payment for the Application.
